Bineditor Updated

For those of you who liked the old bineditor that Pappy from novasheep created. Pappy was a good and sent me the old VB6 source code. For the last few months I been recoding it and making is so that it will work with windows Vista, Windows 7 and 8.

I thought you would like the links for the newer version of the software.

Hi! Ice, Thanks. I still have some updating on my software. Med Little Helper. I added some nice options and some cool crap. So be watching for it.

Right now I just wished Novalogic would get on the ball and release a game. They are years late.
