AW2 Bin File Issue

I use the mission editor to make maps and I have an issue with bin files.

When I use a bin file to add a story line to the game information. I loose the mission objectives both in the editor and the game.

If I remove the bin file I then get the mission objectives.

Has anyone else come across this issue.
