Main menu window freezing

Hi,

everytime i start TFD, the game hangs on the main menu window = the mouse freezes/don't make any move. Game installation works fine incl. the last game update, without problem. Can anyone help me? Or ideas?

Updated video drivers?
Or if you're running Windows 7 you should try to run the game using Windows XP compatibility mode and as admin (right click > properties and you'll find)

Thank you, Luis. I'm running Win7 and using Windows XP compatibility mode (SP 3) but it's still the same problem.
