This is a list of frequently asked questions concerning map making in Delta Force: Black Hawk Down and the Team Sabre expansion.


AI Actions and Control:

How do I get Helicopters to do (anything)?

Short answer: no.

General Questions
What is a .WAC?
The .wac is a supplemental file in addition to the .bms map file. The DF game from DF:BHD through DF:X2 support this file format.

Essentially, the .wac file allows a map making to control and manipulate the non-playable characters as well as the map's environment.

There are already several .wac tutorials floating around with the map making tutorials, as well as .wac command snippets.

If you have experiance with programming, you may be able to read NovaLogic's documentation on .wac files.
