How to get a sig in your signature

For people who don't know how to put sigs in their signatures, I'll show ya how. Firstly make sure your sig is small and doesn't do anything like screw the forum template up, etc.

Firstly, if you've got the sig ready, you'll need to get the picture uploaded somewhere. Think of this as putting the sig up on the net so it can be displayed/viewed.

There are many free hosting sites out there, such as ImageShack and PhotoBucket.

When you have your picture uploaded, the host site (like ImageShack or whatever), should give you a URL to your image. Sorta like this: http://www.example.com/img/sig.jpg

Once you have the URL, go to your Control Panel and go to Edit Profile. Down in your sig area, have the URL pasted in between two tags - sorta like this:

[img]URL TO YOUR SIG HERE[/img]

Once you've done that scroll down bottom to apply changes.

Yes, lol. EE's pic hosting's pretty good - come over to the dark side! I hardly use Photobucket nowadays but use my own storage EE gave me. ;)
